Finding help on this site

Once you have logged in, you will be able to get to the Learning Portal Frequently Asked Questions, and also the Support Forum, where you can ask questions.

If you are getting stuck whilst registering or logging in, please first check out the help provided here. Then please call the Learning Portal administrators.

What to do if you can’t log in

Please note that currently only people with dorsetcc.gov.uk email addresses are able to self-register on this site.

If you need access, but cannot self-register, please contact the Site Administrator on 01305 221518.

First, make sure you have registered on this site already. If not, then you will need to create a new account.

If you have already registered, then check that the username and password you are using are correct. If you have forgotten one or both of these, then follow this link to reset your password.

You can also do this using the Help me log in button on the login screen.

The site will send an email to your registered address containing instructions on how to reset your password.

If all that fails, check that Caps Lock is not switched on as both your username and password are case sensitive.

If you continue to be unable to log in then you will need to contact the Site Administrator on 01305 221518.

I have put my email address in but it hasn't sent me an email to let me in...

It is likely that your email address was input incorrectly. You will need to get around this by re-registering - ensuring that your email address is correct.

If the same problem persists then you will need to contact the Site Administrator on 01305 221518 to investigate the issue.
